TRISUN offers polishing machine in 15, 18, 20 and 24 inches.
 
 
18 inch polishing machine is automatic liquid spray, and there is a time and speed control system that can adjust the polishing speed by lapping different materials.
 
If polish the SIC and TC, you can adjust the speed quickly. If polish CE or CA, you can slow down the speed.

Brief description:
 

• Only manufacturer to design and provide a rigid Spindle Housing, hardened spindle with heavy duty bearings lubricated for life.
• The geared motor is attached to the bottom of the Spindle housing. The spindle shaft enters the gearbox and is firmly attached and secure.
• The entire axial load from the top including the weight of lap plate, rings, dead weights/pneumatic pressure and all are taken up by the center plate and the bearings directly.
• This design directly increases the life of the gearbox and ensure trouble free running for life. The gearbox is lubricated for life.

Standard Features:

- 1 Hp, 3 Ph, 415V, 50 Hz, Bonfiglioli geared motor with an output of max 70 rpm, lubricated for life
- 1 Hp, Telemecanique Variable Frequency drive to give stepless speed up to 70 rpm. ( Now as a standard feature)
- Slurry tray, with wiper, outlet pipe into the slurry tank directly kept inside the machine
- Slurry pump, slurry divider, slurry flow regulator and outlet pipe on to the lap plate in case of abrasive lapping.
- Compact Electrical and power panel with all switches, digital process timer, VFD unit, etc
