36 Inches Lapping Machine for Manufacturing Mechanical Seals, Thrust Bearing



The TrueLap 36 inches lapping machine is made of integral cast iron, which dimension is 2030*1700*1780mm. It is suitable for the processing of aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, hard alloy, glass, silicon, metal and non-metallic plane precision grinding or polishing.

The diameter of disc is 900mm and material is nodular cast iron . According to the customers' different material choice different requirements. The maximum diameter of the work piece can be processed 400mm. The disc has three driven ring diameter of 320mm.There are three motor drives in the processing, to ensure smooth rotation.

It is pneumatically pressurized during processing. According to the size of the product can be adjusted by the pressure from 0.5kg ---- 5kg air pressure, which is reducing the work load of the workers and improve production efficiency.

The device is started using frequency control, to achieve a progressive start from 0-80 rpm per minute and avoid a rigid shock.

The grinding fluid adopts the automatic dripping method, which can control the flow according to the actual needs, so that the grinding fluid can fully utilize and reduce waste, decreasing material cost and protection environment.
