TSO series seal water control and monitoring system.
 

Plant Water Conservation- In today's competitive market, plants are faced with improving operational efficiency through water reduction. Seal flush/barrier water rates can be reduced from gallons per minute to gallons per hour without adversely affecting the performance of the seal.

Double Seal Leak Detection- Double seals require an adequate water flow for optimum cooling and lubrication of the seal faces. The sealing water meter will indicate if a double seal has failed. Should the flow or pressure rise or fall the user will know instantly that the double seal has failed.

Customization Options- The sealing water meter offers many options and can be customized as needed to meet various specifications. Trisun also carries additional models and will work with you to find the ideal monitor and configuration.

It is seal support system, fluid barrier, sealing tank, Pressure Reservoir  for double mechanical seals, for API 52, API53, API 53A.
It is made of stainless steel. 
Its volume has 3Gallon, 4L, 6L, 10L, 12L, 20L or based on your requirement. 

thermosiphon system: Thermosiphon Tank is used to store and cool the buffer liquid for the double mechanical seals, operated as a closed circuit. It is able to compensate the leakage of the buffer liquid at the double mechanical seals to avoid drying running of the seals, thus improve the performance and duty life of the seals.

The buffer liquid flows to the Thermosiphon Tank from the double mechanical seals with the principle of Thermosiphon Effect (or by forced circulation), and returns to the seals being exchanged and cooled.

The TS series Thermosiphon Tank is built in SS304 or SS316L, with pressure gauge, sight glass, all necessary connection nozzles and brackets for easy installation. The tank can be built with or without cooling coil with the purpose to cool the buffer liquid by cooling water.
